photobooth filters
“photobooth filters” is a song that relates to multiple experiences of toxicity within Josh’s life. When writing it, he took bits & pieces from experiences of friendships/relationships that drained him, felt incoherent, & dynamics where the friendship quite literally feels like a “photobooth filter”. These people tend to love a good photo opportunity but in actuality are energy vampires who suck the life out of you & make you miserable like they are.
